Strawberry Wine 
1.25 Gallon or 5 Quarts

3.5lbs  Strawberries Fresh or Frozen

1.5-2 lbs Table Sugar (Cane Sugar) or Honey
1 tsp Acid Blend
1/2 tsp  Tannin 
1/2 tsp Pectic Enzyme
1 tsp  Yeast Nutrient
Water (Potable) NO Chlorine

1 pk Wine Yeast - PREMIER CUVE'E PRISE DE MOUSSE RED STAR or Lavlin 71B 

Equipment:
2 Gallon Pail with lid
airlock, 
Stirring Spoon
Hydrometer
Test Jar
Nylon Bag
Easy Clean

Method
1.  Clean ALL Equipment
2.  Mark Pail at the 1.25 gallon mark (5 Quarts)
3. Place Clean & Hulled Strawberries in a nylon bag in pail
4. Crush Strawberries
5.  Dissolve Sugar or Honey into 2 Quarts 120º F water
     Add to pail, 
    Top Off with cold water to the 5 qt level (1.25gallon)
6.  Add Acid Blend, Tannin, Yeast Nutrient & Pectic Enzyme
7.  Do a gravity reading,  Record
8.  Sprinkle yeast on Top of Juice
