Taylor's Dandy Recipe
Dandelion Wine
2 1/2 Quarts Dandelion Blossoms per 1 gallon
 Remove seed (Pith) from every single blossom with your thumbs.

Boil 5 Gallons of Water
  Pour over your blossoms
  Let steep for 24 hour with 1 or 2 stirs.

Strain out blossoms
  Add 2 lbs sugar per gallon  (10 lbs sugar for 5 gallons)

4 oranges 
4 lemons    coarsely cut
2 Cinnamon Sticks

Steep 2 weeks 
Strain out everything  and WAIT!
