Sambuca is a popular Italian aniseed (licorice taste) liqueur.
Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1 1/4 cup (150 g) of granulated sugar into a 34 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 26 fl. oz. (750 mL) of 25-30% alc./vol. grain alcohol, neutral vodka or fermented (& filtered) LIQUOR QUIK SuperYeast. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 mL) of glycerin.
Makes 29 fl. oz. (840 mL). Product of the EU.
