Saratoga Zymurgist is upstate New York's full service home-brewing and winemaking shop. Operated by award-winning brewer and fermentation expert, Reed Antis, and his wife, Mary, in Saratoga Springs, NY. At Saratoga Zymurgist we have supplies, equipment, and the knowledge to assist you making any libation that needs to be fermented, whether it is your first time or another batch from a well-used recipe.

Reed chose the name Saratoga Zymurgist (Zi´-mûr-jist) to reflect our broad customer base. A zymurgist is an individual who studies the science of fermentation. We are carrying products for the making and bottling of: wine, beer, mead, cider, sake, vinegar including items for the adventurous individual who make wine from our locally grown vegetables, fruits, berries, and herbs.
